I'm Tim Livingston, a Certified Muscle System Specialist (CMSS) an exercise professional who specializes in addressing issues related to poor movement, muscle tightness, and muscle and joint pain using a science-based approach. I conduct assessments, locate problem areas, address movement quality, improve muscle function, decrease discomfort, enhance strength and performance, and educate clients on self-directed exercises for ongoing maintenance and recovery, I'm also a Master Resistance Training Specialist, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer with a passion for exercise, health, and fitness. With nearly two decades of experience in the health and wellness field, I specialize in assisting individuals in achieving their fitness and health goals.

From injury rehabilitation to elite training, I apply the latest techniques in Muscle System Care and Resistance Training to help you reach your optimum performance. As a Mastery Level Resistance Training Specialist and the only recognized Muscle System Specialist in New England, I am dedicated to providing personalized and effective programs tailored to your specific needs.
